Founder of Coeur de Xocolat, David’s life work fuses food innovation with social purpose — empowering cocoa-growing communities, training future chefs, and building bridges between field and fork.
His culinary journey has taken him from Michelin-standard kitchens to cocoa farms in Ghana, São Tomé, and Haiti.
